Keeping Your Display in Good
Condition
Maintaining Exhibit
Displays
Everything needs maintenance even exhibit displays. Several exhibit
companies perform
what is known as a "pull and prep" before each tradeshow. What this does
is ensure all parts that are required for assembly are present and
intact, the graphics are not undamaged, and the lighting is in working
order.
Exhibitors who invest in this are guaranteed to have a fresh and
flawless booth for every tradeshow. By neglecting to perform the pull
and prep, exhibit displays may be missing pieces, graphics may be
damaged, and lighting may not work. That first impression your customers
get of your company will not be of a well-organized company. This is why
maintenance is a vital part of any show and should be included in a
contract with an exhibit house.
Assembling, disassembling, storage, and maintenance are the most common
add-on services many provide. By using the exhibit house to perform
these tasks, you reduce the
risk of damage to your exhibit display.
Traveling Labor:
Several manufacturers offer labor for tradeshows nationwide, which is
usually less
expensive than hiring union labor at the convention center. The labor
provided by the manufacture is familiar with the booth design, and set
up whereas the union workers may not have this knowledge.
